Today, Thorpe Park has shared an update to changes they are making to Ghost Train following everyone’s feedback
Hi all! Just dropping in with a Ghost Train update
👻Firstly thank you for all your honest feedback, we have read every comment and watched every single vlog! We acknowledge not all feedback has been positive but here’s what we’re doing next:
📝 We ride Ghost Train daily and have lots of plans to make improvements to the experience, but your feedback has allowed us to focus on which areas need to be prioritised first.
✨ Some show effects have been a little inconsistent, we know why this is happening and we’re working on a fix. We’ve already started making tweaks to some of the show programming.
⏰ Queue times have been longer than we’d like, so we’re looking into returning free timed tickets soon on a trial base until the ride is at full capacity. More news on this soon if we go ahead.
🎡 We’ve seen a lot of comments about Ghost Train not being a ‘ride’, whilst the experience does feature a ride element, we appreciate this isn’t the main component so we’ll be changing our wording to make this clear.
