Sparkle Project update, this update focuses on the mighty Colossus!
Work is progressing very well, however, it’s almost time for our scenic teams to down tools ready for testing to begin. This does mean some areas aren’t as sparkly as others, but fear not, we’ll be back to finish the good work as soon as possible.
Work is progressing well both inside and outside of the shop, still a few finishing touches left outside to tie everything together.
The Lost City pillars are sporting a fresh new look, these will be topped with the new theming elements seen in the following photo, they look stunning in the sun!
The lower areas of the cobra roll pit are now being worked on, these will feature the same gold celestial patterns seen on the shop – plus we’ve added some to the queue line tunnels for some extra sparkle.
The entrance portal is undergoing a full refurb, this will also see a brand-new look with some additional theming.
We’re spreading the love around the area with re-painted fencing, new pagodas, and jet-washing the track that we haven’t been able to paint this closed season.
