Yesterday, Thorpe Park shared an update on the progress of both Project Sparkle and
Sparkle Project & Big Easy Boulevard Update!
Tidal Wave – the new bridge is now being installed, once finished this will feature the original ‘Pier 13’ text from the year 2000. The lagoon is now being painted, and we’ve started work to replace the station roof.
Stealth – Station paintwork is now complete, and finishing touches are being added. The sparkle project will now extend even further to include the bunker – here you can see the top half is resorted, next we’ll restore the bottom half and theme the large green tank you see.
Big Easy Boulevard – paint work is progressing well, the are now looks super vibrant! Here you can also see work on the third and final dodgems blue car. Next, we’ll start work on theming and signage installation.
