Today, Runnymeade Council had their vote for planning permission.
Jack Silkstone was there to see what was said, and the council members gave approval for the planning permission!
However, the issue with the Environment Agency not approving the work to take place, it has now been taken to the Secretery of State due to the continued rejection by the Environment Agency.
Only time will bow tell what will happen and there is still no guarantee that the work can take place.
