After a few month’s of being taken off sale, the new Merlin Annual Passes have returned back today as being available for purchase giving you the option for paying upfront for one year or paying monthly for the year.
Due to COVID, Merlin did previously launch the new passes but they were then later taken off sale due to the ongoing restrictions which meant that the only way you could get hold of the new Gold or Platinum passes as if you were re-newing your existing passes.
It is not much of a surprise that the passes have gone back on sale as it was more of a matter of when rather than if.
Depending on the pass you purchase, they have different restrictions attached to them:
