As I have been covering recently, when I visit Theme Parks I only go by Public Transport as I do not drive.

Today, I’m reviewing the options available for Legoland Windsor.

When traveling to Leogland, the best option is to get the train to Windsor & Eaton Riverside, I get this train normally from Vauxhall or if I have visited Thorpe Park the day before I would stay at the Premier Inn in Staines and catch the train from Stains Railway Station.

Taking a short walk from the station you can catch of the buses that will take you to Legoland from Windsor Theatre Royal and Windsor Parish Church and the journey takes around 10 minutes and there is about 4 buses very hour!

The buses aren’t run by Legoland and are public buses but this has never been an issue and you can pay on the bus with contactless.

From there, I have managed to go straight to the gate with the bus dropping off almost outside the gates so its never far to travel!

While you are waiting on the bus to arrive you do find taxi drivers will stop and offer to take you there as well. But normally I will just wait for the bus to arrive.

As a word of warning though, depending on when they are doing the changing of the guard at Windsor, you might also want to plan for this when going by Public Transport due to the delays that this will cause in travel time.

This has always worked out well for me to travel to Legoland which is great!
