It has been a while since I have posted any updated on the site in regards to the construction for World of Jumanji at Chessington World of Adventures, so thought it was about time I provided some.
We now know, that the new area will open at some point during Spring 2023, currently a date has not yet been confirmed by Chessington but we are keeping an eye out for when this could be!
Most of the track work for the new rollercoaster has already been finished at the start of January! Constructed by B&M and will be named Mandrill Mayhem.
Most exciting of course has been this week when the train for Mandrill Mayhem has arrived and been placed on the track which means we are getting even closer to testing of the new rollercoaster. The theming of the ride itself has been covered up so there is no way of knowing yet how this will look. It also appears that there will be some seats facing ‘backward’!
The two ‘flat’ rides have also arrived and been put in place ready for the opening of the new land, and the names for the rides have also already been confirmed.
