Hello

It’s great to be back with you all here on Theme Park RM. Today I’d like to talk to you all about the Ride Access Pass.

What is a Ride Access Pass?

A Ride Access Pass is a different form of queuing at theme parks for guests who may find it difficult or cannot stand for long periods of time either due to a physical disability or a learning/emotional impairment.

How do I apply for a Ride Access Pass?

All applications for Ride Access Pass must be submitted through Nimbus Disability’s Access Card process, which provides a more focused assessment of an individual person and the barriers they may face which affects their ability to queue. Applicants will be asked to provide any documentation and details to support their application which is then assessed by an expert team with a wide knowledge of disabilities.

How Does the Ride Access Pass Work?

Head to your first ride, Enjoy your ride, Go to your next ride at the time marked on your card.

If you are visiting Legoland Windsor Resort or The Chessington World of Adventures Resort you will need to link your Ride Access Pass to the reserve a ride system. Once connected simply choose your ride have your QR code scanned and then head to your next ride once the queue time expires on the app.

Note that a smart phone is required for the reserve a ride system.

My Card says Yellow or Red. What does this mean?

Yellow – Can ride without a carer

Red – Must be accompanied by a carer over the age of 14 years of age on the ride.

Ensure that you Pre Book

It is now necessary to pre book your RAP card for each attraction. Ride Access is now limited each day. Failing to pre-book RAP will result in guests having to use the main queue lines.
