CWOA: Project Refresh & Renew
Public Consultation
This project is currently under going a Public Consultation, with plan's to submit planning permission during October, due to this updates will come as & when they are available.
As part of the plans under Project Refresh & Renew, Chessington are planning to redevelop Wild Asia and the Glamping Area.
The glamping area planning permission is due to expire in September 2025, and it could also mean that the Glamping Area has now closed forever or possibly will only reopen next year until the planning permission expires.
The new area will cindlue
- Indoor/Outdoor Rollercoaster
- Indoor Ride
- Food & Retail Outlets
- Kobra will be moved but still within the new area & re-themed
- New secondary entrance

Request for Screening
Request for screening opinion under regulation 6 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (as amended) relating to proposed development at Chessington World of Adventure Resort has been submitted.
