As part of planning requirements, Chessington have now submitted on Friday 4th October a request for screening opinion under regulation 6 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (as amended) relating to proposed development at Chessington World of Adventure Resort.
As part of the request, we can see a bit more detail on the plan’s for the new area along with what will possibly be tea cups being put into place at Chessington.
The plan’s also show the new layout for the queue area for what is currently Kobra with it being moved and the ‘archway’ on Cobra being used for the 2nd entrance into the new land.
For the first time, as well following the footsteps of Alton Towers, Chessington are also planning to put in a Sensory Room.
Much like we also seen with World of Jumanji, it looks like we will also have a portal entrance into the new land aswell!
