During 2022 Scarefest at Alton Towers, they introduced a new scare experience, The Invitation in partnership with Darkfield.

You enter a shipping container where you sit down and put on headphones and go I to darkness for the audio experience.

It’s based on vampire, it was an OK experience but I would say it isn’t as good as the Darkfield experiences that I recently had.

Much like The Terminal at Thorpe Park, I felt disappointed by the experience which is a shame, and would say it was the weakest Scarefest experience on offer.
