News that has been released today, found by the team at Theme Park Insanity, shows a letter that has been issued by the team behind The London Resort confirming that they are withdrawing the application submitted on the 31st of December.
They have advised in the letter that there are changes they would like to make to revise the transport strategy along with this the decision by Natural England to designate a brownfield contaminated site as a SSI.
They have advised that the matters cannot be addressed and the current application and the most appropriate action would be to re-submit.
It seems that the project isn’t being fully stopped and rather reviewed further.
