During my recent 2 day trip to Disneyland Paris, I decided to stay at the Sequoia Lodge mainly due to being at a good price at the time of booking my trip.
I did previously stay there as a child many, many years ago, so it was nice to go back to stay again although from memory it hasn’t really changed a huge amount from when I had my first stay there all these years ago.
Some might think that the rooms are now a bit dated, but for me it has a nice feel to them and much better in some ways to the more modern themeing of rooms that can be found throughout Disneyland Paris as they refurbish some of the hotels.
I stayed in a double lakeside view room, which had the added benefit of having a balcony something I didn’t actually realize until the following morning when I was getting ready to leave the hotel and go to the parks to enjoy the day before I headed back home.
I didn’t eat at the hotel, as I’m not much of a breakfast person, I rather went to queue up to enjoy the Early Magic Hours in the park, which is a benefit of staying onsite!
The staff I spoke to during the stay were friendly and welcoming and helpful aswell. I did have a drink in the bar before I went to my room which was also nice.
The room was of a great size and had one single double bed, although they do have rooms available with two double beds in them aswell.
You had a separate area for the toilet and shower from the sink which could be handy for families.
I had a very comfy stay at the hotel and a good night sleep even though it was a bit late when I was going to sleep due to enjoying the cocktails a bit too much!
