As a surprise to everyone, Thorpe Park started an auction this week, which includes selling four different boats from Loggers Leap along with other old signs from around the park.
20% of profits raised from the auction will go to Merlin’s Magic Wand Charity.
Although, since it opened there has been some issues with ‘fake’ bids being placed on items however, Thorpe Park / Merlin have been quick to deal with these and remove the fake bids that have been getting placed.
I would have loved to have got some of the items, however sadly, as I don’t drive and you can only collect the items with no delivery available, this isn’t an option for myself.
