Skyride is closed for the 2024 Season while it undergoes much needed refurbishment work and was also closed during the 2023 season.

Making it much easier to get around Alton Towers, Skyride has been operating since 1987, giving a relaxing way to get around the resort. Skyride last operated in 2022 and then was closed for the 2023 and 2024 season.
During the 2024 season, Skyride has been undergoing much needed refurbishment work, due to the attraction as such being neglected over the years which resulted in it being unable to operate without the work taking place.
