As an interesting fact, Samurai was previously operated at Chessington World of Adventures from 1999 until 2003.

Originally in a red and black colour scheme, when Samuari was moved over to Thopre Park, it was then re-painted into a minaly blue colour.

As part of ‘Project Sparkle’ during 2023/2024 closed season, Thorpe Park then gave Samurai some much needed love and returned the colour back to its previous red and black.
