As part of improvements, we have seen during the last year with Merlin, Attraction.io has been working closely with Merlin to allow guests visiting the Merlin Theme Parks to store tickets, season passes and fast track passes within each attraction’s individual banded app.

The apps will automaticaly optimize the passes for scanning and are also accessible offline.

Currently, the mobile wallet feature is available at the below Merlin parks

• Chessington World of Adventures
• Legoland Billund
• Alton Towers
• Thorpe Park
• Legoland Windsor

I used the wallet function myself during 2021 and actually found it to be very useful and easy to use.

At the moment, you have to manually add the pass manually it won’t automatically add onto your wallet which I hope in the future we will see this be implemented.
